Return Period

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Include all accessories and documentation

• Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Customized products

• Personal care items where hygiene seals are broken

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
